The idea

Most pushchair advice online wants to sell you a new one. But a premium pram is built for a decade and used for two or three years — so the smart move for most families is buying used and selling on. The catch: the used market is scattered across eBay, Vinted, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace and a dozen local groups, and nobody tells you what a fair price is. BuggyBroker exists to fix exactly that.

Where the numbers come from

Listing prices come from the marketplaces themselves — we collect eBay UK, Vinted and Gumtree listings for the models we track, and refresh them regularly (each page tells you when its snapshot was last updated). The "what it actually sells for" figures come from recent eBay UK sold listings — completed sales, not hopeful asking prices — and every valuation links straight to the sold listings so you can check us. Specs in our core catalogue (weights, RRPs, discontinued status) are verified against manufacturer and major-retailer pages; anything we haven't verified is marked as approximate.

How we make money (or plan to)

Some outbound links to marketplaces and retailers may earn us a commission if you buy. Two promises: it never changes the price you pay, and it never changes how anything is ranked — listings are ordered by price, and quiz recommendations are scored purely on fit. There are no sponsored placements. If that ever changes, they'll be clearly labelled as ads.

What we're not

We're not a shop — we hold no stock and sell nothing. We're not a review lab — for hands-on testing, Which? do that properly. And we're not a marketplace — every purchase happens on the platform you click through to, with their buyer protections.

If a spec is off or a price looks wrong, we genuinely want to know — data quality is the whole product. A contact address is coming with our proper domain; in the meantime, corrections reach us via the site's feedback channels as they launch.
